1. About Dumok

Dumok is a service operated by Nexoria Enterprise, a US-based company. By using Dumok, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dumok. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Dumok to:

• Generate, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the service
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically collect data from the platform

4. Content You Create

You retain ownership of the content you generate or upload using Dumok. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your outputs.

5. AI-Generated Content

Dumok uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, images, and code. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using any AI-generated content. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of AI outputs for any purpose.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Dumok at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexoria Enterprise and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Dumok. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you have a free account.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Dumok after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
